Our shala is a sanctuary fully equipped with all the essentials for a serene practice, from yoga mats to bolsters, blocks, and straps.
Whether it’s a sunrise yoga session or a sunset meditation, the shala’s design seamlessly incorporates the natural allure of Costa Rica, fostering a deeper connection with the earth’s rhythm.
In addition, we offer two full bathrooms with showers, allowing guests to refresh and stay comfortable throughout their retreat experience.
